By playing Road Masti at https://www.roadmasti.in you agree to these terms. They are short; please read them.

The game

Road Masti is free to play, run by Amit Singh. In-game rupees, bikes, weapons and unlocks have no real-world value and can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money. We may change, reset or take down the game, the weekly ladder or saved progress at any time, for example to fix bugs or stop cheating.

Play fair

• Don't cheat: no editing saves or network traffic, bots, or exploiting bugs to get ladder times or prize money. We may hide or remove times and progress that look tampered with.
• Don't attack the service: no flooding the server, scraping, or trying to get at other players' data.
• Pick a decent nickname. No hate, harassment, sexual content, impersonation or personal details (yours or anyone else's). We may rename or remove nicknames that break this.

It's a cartoon

The game shows cartoon violence and reckless riding for fun. Don't do any of it on real roads. Ride with a helmet and follow traffic rules. Characters, bikes, businesses and adverts in the game are made up; any resemblance to real ones is coincidence.

Content and licences

The game, its code and its original art belong to Amit Singh. Some parts come from others under their own licences (Three.js, Quaternius models, Google Fonts, Pixabay music and sounds); see About & credits. You may share links, screenshots and videos of the game.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, bug-free or keep your progress. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from playing it.

Changes and contact
